Refund and return policies
Our policy is good for 30 days. If you purchase after 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and checked, we will notify you by email that we have received your return. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will automatically receive a line of credit for a certain number of days.
Late or missed refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially released.
Contact your bank next. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular price items are refundable. Unfortunately, reduced price items are not.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the products you exchange to reach you may vary.
If you’re shipping items for more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
